When it applies
For damage that occurs during packing, transport, disassembly, or reassembly by us. You report the damage in writing within 14 days with photos.
What is excluded
Self-packed boxes without visible external damage, cash and jewelry, data on devices, and damage from pre-existing defects in furniture.
When more is needed
For art, instruments, or high-value electronics we recommend additional insurance by value. We tell you the premium before the appointment.
