How short-notice can you come?
Within the Ruhr area often in two to three days, for furniture transport even the next day. For weekends and month-ends we need more lead time.
What happens if something is damaged?
Statutory liability is €620 per cubic meter of load space. Report damage in writing within 14 days; we settle it through our insurance.
Do I have to pack myself?
No. We bring boxes and padding; on request we pack completely. If you pack yourself, the price goes down.
Do you handle the no-parking zone?
Yes, we apply for it at both addresses. In city centers the authorities need 10 to 14 days' lead time.
Do you also dismantle the kitchen?
Disassembly and transport yes. Gas and water connections are done by a specialist — we can put you in touch with one.
Can the date be postponed?
Free of charge up to 72 hours beforehand. After that we charge for the reserved crew on a pro-rata basis.
How can I pay?
By invoice after the move, by bank transfer, or by card on site. For office moves with 14-day payment terms.
